FAQs 

How long does it take to receive an item?  All items are printed from third party resources so shipping will take between 3-6 weeks unless otherwise specified.

Are returns/refunds allowed?  Only if an item was damaged or was received with the wrong size.  Please see information below for details.

Do you do custom orders?  We just might be able to make that happen!  If you're interested in a custom design, please contact us at the email listed below.

Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at Just Teesin'! However, we do know things happen and items need to be sent back sometimes. 

We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Just Teesin' uses a third party resource to produce products in our store.  If you are needing to return an item due to a mistaken size or damage, please contact us through email for further instructions.  Returns must be postmarked back to us within 30 days of being delivered to be eligible for replacement.  Replacing items will take 3-6 weeks.

**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, smoke or damage.


Sending Back Returns
• Please fill out a return form and include it, along with your original invoice when you send your package back.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping of all returned items.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stain. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
    • We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received in our warehouse.

Processing Time for Returns
• Please allow for 3-6 weeks for processing and production once received in our Store.
